Tobruk University Journal of Engineering Sciences (TUJES) is semiannual, open access and
peer-reviewed journal issued by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tobruk. TUJES is
an engineering and technology-focused content journal, which publishes original research
articles, covering Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication and
Information Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Petroleum
Engineering.

The journal’s activity began in paper version with two issues, the first issue was published in
2019 and the second issue was in 2020. After that, the journal stopped being issued until 2022.
The editorial board seeks to develop the journal by establishing an effective and rapid peer
review system and making editorial decisions with reasonable speed and communicating them
in a clear and constructive manner.
Submission of a manuscript to TUJES implies that all authors have read and agreed to its
content and that the manuscript conforms to the journal’s policies. Authors are also
requested to submit certain appropriate forms needed for paper publication. English is the
language of publication that used in this journal.
Tobruk University Journal of Engineering Sciences (TUJES) remains neutral with regard to
jurisdictional claims in institutional affiliations.
